We went to the café today and were told in a very direct and unmistakable way that the season is over and the café is closed. If the hospitality in the cafe is just as friendly, I can only say hands off (cake is not everything)

Simply the best homemade cake on earth. Thanks to the grandson for continuing. In the GDR times we were stale for up to 3 hours but it was always worth it.

At first glance, the furnishings of this cafe hidden in the forest seem a bit old, but once you sit down everything is right. The friendly and cordial service quickly takes the order and just as quickly brings delicious coffee and an excellent piece of cake or cake. The prices are moderate and really every variety is recommended and really tasty. We would love to come back.

When it opened, we got an announcement from the waiter personally (in front of other guests). "That costs 10 euros per person and if that is yours doesn't fit, you're welcome to go again! Fantastic cafe, time has stopped here. The apple pie is a poem but the plum cake with cream is also a sin. Highly recommended!

A must for all cake lovers! In the middle of the forest is the cafe, with the charm of a pre-war cafe. The approximately 10 different homemade cakes are fantastic. I don't eat much cake, but there were 2 pieces! The friendliness of the service is sometimes missing. We were lucky and even a short conversation relaxed. ? But if he is rude please ignore it.
